In the case of an emergency, a horse vital log sheet is in the Kit to monitor/record the vital signs, whilst awaiting for the Veterinarian to arrive.

Enclosed in this Kit is a contents list for ease of re-ordering any products. It is recommended the kit contents are checked twice yearly in June & December as well as after any use.
