SEG ships all orders via Australia Post or courier within 1-2 days of receiving payment. PLEASE NOTE - if your parcel is delivered by a courier, it can not be delivered to a PO BOX, there must be a residential address available.
All orders are sent with a tracking number and you will receive confirmation of shipment by email. If a signature cannot be acquired upon delivery, a pick-up card will be left at your specified delivery address and your order will be held safely at either your local Australia Post Office or courier depot. If your pick-up card was left by a courier you will need to phone the number provided on the card to re-schedule delivery time. If your pick-up card was left by Australia Post, you will need to take your pick-up card to your local Australia Post Office to collect your order.

SEG’s handling time to pack an order takes approximately 1-2 business days.
Parcels shipped by Australia Post take approximately 3-5 business days to deliver and our couriers take approximately 1- 4 business days to deliver. Delivery is during normal business hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

If you are not satisfied with the product or would like an exchange, you may return the product provided you dispatch the goods within 7 days from the day it was delivered to your address. Proof of Purchase must accompany the retuned goods. Packaging and contents must remain in original, saleable condition, un-opened, and damage free to be granted a refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs.
Damaged Items Returns Policy
Unfortunately, neither SEG nor the manufacturer can offer a refund or replacement where the product has sustained damage as a result of abnormal use. This includes products that have not been used correctly or in accordance with the applicable manufacturers instruction or user manual. If repair is possible, it would be at your direction and cost. Items that have been damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, chewed or not being used correctly or in compliance with the applicable manufacture instructions or user manual may not be subject to a refund.
If the goods received are faulty or damaged, please notify SEG as soon as possible via email at email@example.com and state the order number, product code and damage details. Please ensure the packaging and contents are in its original condition. Once the faulty items are returned, an assessment will be completed and if the product is deemed faulty, SEG will refund the cost of the goods to the payment method used to purchase the goods. To be eligible for a full refund, please return the goods within 7 days from the date it was delivered to you.
Items Damaged in Transit
If you receive a defective product from us that you believe has been damaged in transit, please make contact with us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can return the product to us within 7 days of receipt. Once received, we will inspect the product and if we agree the product is likely to have been damaged during transit (and unlikely to have occurred through abnormal use), we will, with your agreement, replace the product with an identical product. If we are unable to provide you with an identical product, we will, with your agreement, refund the purchase price (including delivery costs incurred by you if any).
