Bio-Sorb® is a ready to use, easy dose formula to support healthy gastrointestinal function in foals and adult horses and is formulated for the prevention of intestinal dysfunction including mild diarrhoea.
ACTIVE CONSTITUENTS: Each kg contains: Di-Octahedral Smectite.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION PASTE:
Gently open the month and place the tip of the syringe on the back of the tongue, tilt head slightly up and allow to swallow. The syringe = 450 kg horse, multiple syringes maybe required.
Note: Plunger markings 0-100 = 10 g, 0-200 = 20 g, 0-300 = 30 g (half a syringe)
NEWBORN FOALS (Less than 24 hours)
Antidiarrheal preparation for mild diarrhoea: Administer half a syringe (300 marker) 2-3 times daily, not less than 6 hours after first nursing occurs or as directed by your veterinarian.

Prevention of intestinal dysfunction and antidiarrheal preparation for mild diarrhoea: Administer half a syringe (300 marker) 2-3 times daily or as directed by your veterinarian.
ADULT HORSES (450 kg horse)
Prevention of intestinal dysfunction and antidiarrheal preparation for mild diarrhoea: Administer 2 x syringes morning and 2 x syringes at night or as directed by your veterinarian.

NEWBORN FOALS (Less than 24 hours)
Antidiarrhoeal preparation for mild diarrhoea: Administer 3 scoops (27 g/scoop) mixed with 30 mL of water, not less than 6 hours after first nursing occurs.
Administer 2-3 times daily or as directed by your veterinarian.
FOALS
Antidiarrhoeal preparation for mild diarrhoea: Administer 3 scoops (27 g/scoop) mixed with 30 mL of water, 2-3 times daily or as directed by your veterinarian.
ADULT HORSES (450 kg horse)
Antidiarrhoeal preparation for mild diarrhoea: Administer 4 scoops (27 g/scoop) to feed morning and night or as directed by your veterinarian.
